Job Purpose

Executes mechanical maintenance related shop & field activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Performs breakdown maintenance. Evaluate and analyze job request & perform the repair.
• Performs corrective, predictive & preventive maintenance as per established standards.
• Daily inspection of equipment as per checklist & ensure operates as per standard parameter. Do corrections if needed.
• Involve in shop floor repair & reconstructing maintenance.
• Involved in routine lubrication, machine alignment and calibration.
• Maintain records and documentation. Handle time accounting & complete job request.
• Comply with company safety guidelines & procedures.
• Energy management surveillance and improvement.

Education

Experience

•    At least Three (3) years' work experience (in same position applied) in ceramic or tile manufacturing or any manufacturing industry.

Language

• Basic ability to speak in Arabic and English.

Skills

• Have knowledge in basic computer operation & functions.
• Able to operate simple industrial equipment like a forklift is an advantage (but not necessarily).
• Can interpret & draw mechanical drawings. Skilled in AutoCAD an advantage.
• Able to identify different hand tools as well as power tools and able to use them in the right application.
• Able to work lengthy hours if needed and work all shifts flexibly when job demands.
• Able to communicate in basic English language.

Competencies
