Job Purpose
To supervise showroom operations by managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual standards, and supporting sales performance to achieve business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Supervise showroom staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure smooth coordination and productivity.
- Customer Service Management: Ensure customers receive excellent service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain satisfaction levels.
- Sales Monitoring: Track daily sales performance, support the team in achieving targets, and report progress to management.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays, layouts and updated price tags and align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
- Stock Oversight: Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Complaint Handling: Collect customer feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvements where needed.
- Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field
Experience
Minimum three years of experience in retail operations.
Language
Fluency in Arabic and English.
