Title:  Supervisor - Production

Job Purpose

Supervises and prepares the production requirement in terms of manpower, raw materials, and common areas in the section including checking of actual sections production output quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates, supervises & assists in all operations of the section.
• Trains & guides machine operators to follow the best practices & achieve optimum output and quality.
• Schedules work & prepare materials/ consumables required for the production.
• Program & feed technical/Operational data to control panels / Equipment's.
• Ensures periodic checkup of production output & quality, take corrective action if required.
• Coordinates planned & breakdown maintenance activities in the section.
• Enforce company rules, discipline, safety protocols & good housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Energy management surveillance and improvement.

Education

Experience

• Minimum 5 years as Supervisor handling production activities in related sections in a reputable ceramic tiles manufacturing company.

Language

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Skills

• Good communication and supervisory skills with English proficiency & leadership qualities.
• Knowledgeable in computer tools and applications.
• Able to work lengthy hours if needed and work all shift flexibly when job demands.
