Job Summary

Supervisor - Operations & Logistics are responsible for controlling and overseeing all administrative andlogistics operations, people and ventures.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Streamline operati ons and lead process improvement initi ati ves. This includes shipment receiving,storing, picking, packing, releasing, pre-delivery inspecti on, returns inspecti on and logging
  • Supervise and opti mize the working relati onship with our suppliers, 3PL fulfi lment partner /couriers, and the Customer Success team
  • Acts as main POC with logisti cs partners, maintaining strong relati onships while driving businessresults, Billing and payments
  • Monitor and Resolve any delays in delivery lead ti me
  • Eliminate, opti mize or automate existi ng manual day-to-day operati on tasks
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporti ng on operati onal effi ciencies, fi nance and sales,forecasti ng based on data analysis
  • Handle MOC Complaints for Ecommerce Depts
  • Handle Customer Complaints for Ecommerce Depts
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders for any tasks related to operati ons and logisti cs

  • Vendor.

Education

Bachelor’s degree is Marketing, E commerce, Business or relevant filed

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a logistics Manager with a minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Hands on experience within the logistics industry and administration functions.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good teamworking skills
