Job Purpose

To lead the development and implementation of innovative e-solutions that enhance business processes, improve customer experience, and drive digital transformation within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Solution Development: Design and develop e-solutions tailored to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Project Management: Oversee e-solution projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for e-solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of e-solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest e-solution trends and technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all e-solutions comply with industry standards and regulations and maintain robust security protocols.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of e-solutions and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

Experience

  • Minimum five years of experience in developing and managing e-solutions.

Language

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
