Job Purpose

To drive in-store sales performance by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating deep product knowledge, and supporting the showroom team in achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Demonstration: Present product features and benefits effectively to influence customer purchase decisions and close sales.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed individual and showroom sales targets through proactive selling strategies.
  • Showroom Presentation and Merchandising: Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure product displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
  • Inventory Management Support: Assist in stock handling, including receiving, tagging, and organizing products for optimal availability.
  • Customer Follow-Up and Retention: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Billing and Documentation: Accurately process sales transactions and maintain proper documentation for customer and inventory records.
  • Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field

Experience

  • Minimum five years of experience in showroom or retail sales.

Language

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
