Job Purpose

To lead project-based sales efforts by identifying high-value opportunities, managing key client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that meet project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Sales Development: Identify and pursue large-scale project opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners to influence product selection.
  • Technical Solution Selling: Understand project specifications and recommend suitable products or systems that align with client needs and technical requirements.
  • Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and tender documents tailored to project requirements.
  • Site Visits and Project Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates for reporting and analysis.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field

Experience

  • Minimum four years of experience in construction materials.

Language

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
