Job Summary

 Sr. Sales Executive - Outdoor team monitoring and site visits to the potential customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Preparing the monthly neighborhood coverage plan for each external sales specialist and getting the approval of  the department head after coordination with the area managers.
  • Follow up on entering the daily visits data for each external sales specialist and taking a random sample of the visit to verify the quality of the visits.
  • Review the tracks file sent by the external sales coordinator to verify that the visits match the agreed plan.
  •  Determining the strategic customers of each sales specialist and communicating with them or visiting them to ensure their loyalty and identifying their needs to continue pushing the work with them.
  • Training of new employees on the mechanism of external sales work after completing the general training periodical for sales specialists
  • Preparing the monthly financial target for each external sales specialist in coordination with the area manager to support the performance of the showrooms.
  • Determining performance measurement criteria (number of target points - number of new customers - percentage of closing out of the total target .... etc.)
  • Follow-up on the distribution of marketing materials for the external sales team and control the mechanism of its disbursement.

External Communication:

  • Vendor.

Education

Bachelor’s degree is Marketing, E commerce, Business or relevant filed

Requirements

• 3-5 Previous experience as Supervisor – Outdoor sales

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Arabic & English.
