Job Summary

Responsible for implementation, configuration, upgradation, and patch management, troubleshooting, sizing and security of ICT servers, server applications and to take application and data back-up and restoration.

Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

•    Installs and configure network devices and troubleshoots network problems.
•    Installs and terminates network cables and troubleshoots network cabling problems.
•    Conducts preventive maintenance on existing hardware of network devices.
•    Installs application software’s as requested by the users.
•    Installs network devices in local / remote areas as directed.
•    Coordinates closely with other members of network team in providing support to network problems.
•    Provides network support outside regular working hours which is compensated for as per policy
•    Performs other assorted activities as assigned.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s in pertinent degree

Requirements

•    1 – 2 years’ experience in network support.
•    Proficiency of English language is required. 
•    Good communication skills. 
•    Driving license
