Job Purpose

To provide advanced technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, addressing complex issues, and enhancing overall user experience through proactive solutions and efficient troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Network Administration: Oversee network configurations, monitor performance, and implement necessary changes.
  • Security Management: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems from unauthorized access.
  • Software Installation: Install and configure software applications, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology)

Experience

  • Minimum three years of experience in IT support.
