Job Summary

Primary role is to manage and maintain positive relationships between Retail Sales employees and the retail department. responsible for promoting a healthy work environment, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with commercial standards and facilitate Retail sales team mission to deliver sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

•    Serve as a point of contact for Retail employees regarding retail initiatives, evaluation, Training, rewarding and development programs.
•    Assist in the development, implementation, and interpretation of company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to Retail activities. Ensure compliance with applicable retail procedures and guidelines.
•    Market intelligence role by scheduling field visits when it is required to SCC showroom, and competitors.
•    Maintain accurate and confidential employee performance records. Prepare reports on employee relations trends, metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
•    Evaluate, Sales performance for employees, products, and showrooms to enhance the sales records of the retail sales channel.
•    Support Operations manager in addressing performance-related issues and implementing performance improvement plans. Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and other performance-related matters.
•    Organize and deliver training programs when it is required on topics, such as Products, Skills, ERP System. And develop periodic evaluation to determine the training requirements
•    Does other assorted activities as assigned.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent

Experience

•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field.
•    Excellent skills on MS programs Excel, PPT.
•    Exceptional critical thinker & communicator.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Arabic and English.
•    A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
