Job Purpose

To drive in-store sales by engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience that aligns with brand standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through product options.
  • Product Presentation: Demonstrate product features, benefits, and use to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by effectively handling objections and closing deals.
  • Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the stock team to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
  • Visual Merchandising Support: Maintain attractive and organized product displays in line with brand guidelines.
  • Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat sales, and referrals.
  • Billing & Documentation: Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper billing and documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field

Experience

  • Minimum two years of experience in showroom or retail sales

Language

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
