Job Summary

A Sales Executive - Showroom works in the showroom and sell goods locally. To do this, a sales representative will meet and guide to the potential buyers and identify their actual needs. From there, they create solutions and ensure smooth sales. A sales representative will also participate in finding the new clients to achieve sales targets effectively and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieving the monthly sales target which the administration determines.
  • Providing customers with sell offers according to their request and determining its prices according to the retail prices.
  • Negotiating sell offer and discussing it with customers to persuade them to purchase
  • Getting the request invoices and making a follow up with concerned bodies about it.
  • Ensuring that inventory (Stock) in enough before commit to customers and work out to save any shortages to customers.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction prior and after sales.
  • Maintain customer records to get an idea about the valued buyers and retain them.
  • Reviewing the customer requests with concerned entities in the company and with delivery division.
  • Contacting customers and providing them with what they need of different promotional items / materials.
  • Does other assorted activities as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Familiarity with social media to promote company products and finding new clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Arabic & English
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

(03) Goal - Increase customers by 10% each year compare to last year (زيادة عدد العملاء بنسبة 10% عن 2023)
(04) Goal - Implementation of sales protocol thru sales staff (work ethics, dress code, greeting guideline, behaviour .. etc) (تطبيق بروتوكول التجزئة (السلوك، الزي، التحية))
(05) Goal - Decrease return/Refund to be 1.5% and less (تخفيض الارجاعات لاقل من 1.5%)
