Job Purpose

To ensure the quality of ceramic products by overseeing quality control systems, supervising staff, and conducting audits to meet company standards and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Quality Control Systems: Maintain quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Supervising: Leading a team of Quality Assurance Technicians and Engineers in their daily operations.
• Inspections: Regularly inspect production processes and finished products to identify and address any quality issues.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities and performance to senior management.

Education

Experience

• Minimum three years of experience as supervisor.

Language

• Basic ability to speak and understand in Arabic and English.
