Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful implementation of the Project Management strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
- Developing a strategy for implementing technology solutions that align with company goals.
- Update and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register.
- Ensure cross-programmed dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained.
- Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the department heads.
- Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to the strategy.
- Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones.
- Manage the corporate planning process (e.g., 5 year strategic plan, annual business plan) in coordination with other departments
- Set strategic goals for each department and monitor performance
- Define and measure corporate level KPIs, analyze results, and ensure that gaps are addressed through corrective actions

Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of Engineering
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Project Officer, or Similar role
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules
- Knowledge of project management software ( Microsoft Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Arabic & English.
- PMP certification is preferred.
