Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities

• Risk Identification: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential operational risks across various departments.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate the identified risks to determine their potential impact on the organization.
• Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks, including creating action plans and recommending controls.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Incident Management: Investigate and report on operational risk incidents, ensuring that root causes are identified, and corrective actions are implemented.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management, highlighting key risks and mitigation efforts.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve the operational risk management framework to ensure its effectiveness.

Education

Experience

• Minimum three years of experience in operational risk management.
