Job Summary

This coordinator is responsible for all kinds of administration support to the management. Keeping records of all documents and coordinate with the employee’s day to day tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordination with employees for day-to-day tasks.
  • Assisting Management administratively.
  • Keeping records for employees.
  • Maintain all documents.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly summery reports.
  • Follow company procedures.
  • Does other assorted activities as assign.
  • Perform and other relative tasks might be requested by his line manager.

  • Maintains cordial relations with all staff of Dept.

Education

Graduation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Experience in related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Arabic & English.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
