Job Summary
This coordinator is responsible for all kinds of administration support to the management. Keeping records of all documents and coordinate with the employee’s day to day tasks.

- Coordination with employees for day-to-day tasks.
- Assisting Management administratively.
- Keeping records for employees.
- Maintain all documents.
- Prepare weekly / monthly summery reports.
- Follow company procedures.
- Does other assorted activities as assign.
- Perform and other relative tasks might be requested by his line manager.

Graduation
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Experience in related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Arabic & English.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
