Job Purpose

To coordinate and support red brick (RB) sales operations by managing client interactions, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth execution of wholesale and project-based sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing red brick orders from inquiry to delivery.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product and order updates.
  • Order Processing: Prepare quotations, confirm orders, and ensure timely data entry into sales systems.
  • Delivery Tracking: Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with transport teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Reporting: Generate daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client communications, and delivery notes.

Graduation

Experience

  • Minimum two years of experience in sales coordinator.
