Job Purpose
Provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves managing communications, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating office activities. The Secretary serves as a key point of contact within the organization, ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency in all tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
• Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
• Maintain filing systems and retrieve documents as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Education
Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
