Job Summary
Under the leadership of the Regional Sales Mgr., the Assistant Manager - Showroom will be responsible to manage the sales team and their daily sales activities as well as identify, analyze, and recommend specific sales opportunities for the profitable growth of the Retail business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage and look after the Sales team and their daily sales activities.
• Responsible for the identification of new sales opportunities and achieve his monthly sales target.
• Conducting market research to collect data and draw inferences to arrive at decision points, considering the overall strategic direction of the Retail Division.
• Assisting the Showroom Manager in structuring deals in the most effective manner possible.
• Preparing periodic detailed sales and stock reports and proposals sales opportunities.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports/briefs to the Showroom Manager.
• Lead and guide Showroom sales executives by providing them with technical guidance, training, and the required growth opportunities to ensure development in showroom performance
• Any other responsibility related to sales process during the year through the management

Education
Requirements
- 4 year + of experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent management skills and leading teams.
- Familiarity with social media to promote company products and finding new clients.
- Business English verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, P/Point + SAP + Email+POS Admin.
- Experience in Ceramics products would be a great plus
