Job Purpose
Analyst - System is responsible for design, development, integration, delivery, and overall performance improvement of Business applications for the organization that meet business requirements / business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for software design and development for complex and/or large-scale business solutions, providing technical guidance and leadership for specific applications.
- Responsible for design, development, integration, delivery, and overall performance improvement Financials, SCM and HCM as per business requirements.
- To lead projects providing guidance and technical leadership to project resources for a required application(s)
- The role collaborates with others in the division to provide and maintain applications to meet business needs.
- To analyze system problems and provide / recommend alternatives for resolution.
- Ensure continuous improvement of system effectiveness and efficiency.
- Development and delivery of RICEW objects as per agreed timelines, quality, and scope.
- Prepare design documents, process flow diagrams, and perform GAP analysis as per business requirements.
- Perform and other relative tasks might be requested by his line manager.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
Experience
- Ability to communicate and report effectively.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
