Job Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Organizing travel and accommodation if required.
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
- Perform and other relative tasks might be requested by his line manager.

Experience
- At least 1 year experience in Admin Dept.
- Budgeting, bookkeeping, and planning skills and knowledge of associated computer software.
- Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills – Arabic and English.
