Job Purpose

To efficiently manage the administrative and clerical functions related to spare parts inventory, procurement and documentation and supporting operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Ensure accurate record-keeping, smooth coordination between departments to support maintenance and operation efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and optimal stock levels of spare parts.
  • Order Processing: Manage quotes, order confirmations, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide support regarding spare parts.
  • Coordination: Organize the pick-up or delivery of parts from factories to customers.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Supplier Relations: Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and processes.

Education

Diploma or degree in a technical, Business, or relevant field

Experience

  • Minimum three years of experience as an administrator spare parts.

Language

Fluency in Arabic and English.
