Accountant is process of recording a company's financial transactions

Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing and adjusting journal entries
  • Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts
  • Maintaining general ledger charts of accounts
  • Assisting with initial internal control evaluations
  • Posting monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals
  • Review posting, balancing, and reconciling of accounting transactions to ensure conformance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards.
  • Upload the transaction in bank sites.
  • Monitor the workflow to clear pending tasks. 
  • Perform and other relative tasks might be requested by his line manager.

Internal Communication

  • Good contacts with staff specially treasury staff.

External Communication

  • Services providers in the bank.

 

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance or related filed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting department.
  • Excellent oral/ written communication & presentations skill.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel.
  • Skills in preparing various statements, reports, and analysis.
  • Skill in banking and accounting procedures.
