Job Summary
A Supervisor - Sales Plastic makes sure that all of the business' needs for profit turning are met. He run departments that offer goods and services, such as retail stores, to help companies profit through sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting the Sales & Mktg. Manager in achieving monthly sales targets and overall business development.
- Preparing quotations, corresponding to queries from customers, follow-up complaints and other related day-to-day sales activities.
- Visit customers regularly for orders and payment follow-up.
- Submitting samples and getting approval from the customers for design and new product.
- Develop new customers/ businesses in their respective regions.
- Coordinate with HO/ sales coordinator for monitoring delivery of the orders as per customer's requirement.
- Credit collection of the assigned area and clients on time and getting balance confirmation from the customers.
- Monitoring and reporting the competitor’s activities in the assigned region.
- Submitting invoices to the customers, keeping track of accounts receivable from clients.
- Collecting Cheques and coordinating with accounts/ Finance departments for any Debit/ credit notes for the customer.
- Coordinating production and planning for deliveries as per customer PO.
- Any other sales-related jobs assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
