Job Summary
This coordinator is responsible to deliver and transfer material to the customer.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Receives preparation orders from Sales and Exports department.
- Verifies orders in the system.
- Prepare and Distributes picking lists to concerned warehouse.
- Prepare finance department approval form.
- Sends complete set of documents of delivered consignments to sales & Export Department.
- Hands over complete documents of consignment to the driver.
- Prepares packing list and truck consignment notes.
- Prepares loading notice.
- Maintain all documents related to export.
- Prepare weekly / monthly summery reports.
- Follow company procedures.
- Does other assorted activities as assigned.

- Maintains cordial relations with all staff of Dept.
External Communication
- SCC Business Customers.
Education
Secondary School
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Experience in related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills – Arabic and English.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
