Job Summary
A Technician - Fire Safety is responsible for coordinating all activities related to Quality Control and inspection of finished products. He monitors conformance to predefined specifications and ensures quality control programs are executed properly and quality standards are adhered to.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Participates in Quality Control inspection activities related to facilities and finished products.
• Directly addresses and resolves any Quality Control work issues, highlights and deviations of production processes and products when they appear in coordination with QCHSE Section Head.
• Monitors all quality related activities on projects and coordinates all internal and external operational audits on behalf of the QCHSE Department. Reports on projects execution compliance with set policies, procedures, and standards.
• Evaluates the degree to which the operations set-up, planning and scheduling contribute to Quality Control policies and procedures.
• Ensures the adequate collection of Quality Control statistics on a regular basis and generates relevant reports to the QCHSE Section Head.

• Assesses Business Unit operations compliance against set Quality Control standards and provides recommendations as applicable.

Education
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the field of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment within similar industry
• Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
