Job Summary

Supervisor – Electrical is responsible to oversee maintenance operations. Also, to guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows

Job Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

•    Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

•    Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

•    Developing detailed designs

•    Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, productions processes, and regulatory compliance

•    Check production output according to specifications.

•    Submit reports on performance and progress.

•    Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

•    Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines, acquiring and compiling.

•    Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

•    Perform and other relative tasks might be requested by his line manager.

Qualification

Experience

• Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.

Language

• Ability to communicate and report effectively.

Skills

• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
