Job Summary
A sales representative works in the showroom and sell goods locally. To do this, a sales representative will meet and guide to the potential buyers and identify their actual needs. From there, they create solutions and ensure smooth sales. A sales representative will also participate in finding the new clients to achieve sales targets effectively and efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieving the monthly sales target which the administration determines.
- Providing customers with sell offers according to their request and determining its prices according to the retail prices.
- Negotiating sell offer and discussing it with customers to persuade them to purchase
- Getting the request invoices and making a follow up with concerned bodies about it.
- Ensuring that inventory (Stock) in enough before commit to customers and work out to save any shortages to customers.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction prior and after sales.
- Maintain customer records to get an idea about the valued buyers and retain them.
- Reviewing the customer requests with concerned entities in the company and with delivery division.
- Contacting customers and providing them with what they need of different promotional items / materials.
- Does other assorted activities as assigned.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Familiarity with social media to promote company products and finding new clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Arabic & English
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
